Shipping Information

Subject to credit approval, Well Depot will ship orders the following day.  For faster delivery, Well Depot provides FedEx Standard Priority Overnight or Second Day Delivery…expedited shipping charges and a handling fee will apply.  We do our best to save you money by selecting the most cost-effective methods of shipping. Orders requiring common carrier shipment (large quantity orders, incontinence, nutritional supplements and durable medical equipment) should be placed before noon your local time for next day shipment. Upon arrival, common carrier orders must be inspected and signed for.

Returns Procedure 

Returns are accepted for full credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@welldepot.com  to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without an Authorized Number or an expired Authorization Number will not be accepted. 

Please write the Return Authorization Number on a prepaid shipping label and return merchandise within 10 business days to the appropriate warehouse as instructed by customer service.

Return freight charges apply.

Return Conditions:
Merchandise must be in original packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers or not what was originally purchased will not receive credit for return.

Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Common carrier deliveries must be counted upon arrival and shortages must be documented on delivery receipt. Special orders, sterile items, and products that are made unsaleable once opened are not returnable. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on manufacturer’s policy.
